Is there free hot tub removal?

How to get rid of a hot tub yourself

- Kill the power at the breaker and have an electrician disconnect anything hard-wired.
- Drain it fully with a submersible pump. Stop adding chemicals and let the chlorine or bromine dissipate for a few days first, then drain onto your own lawn rather than toward the street.
- Cut it down. A reciprocating saw through the cabinet, then the shell in sections. Expect fibreglass dust and spray foam everywhere; wear a respirator and eye protection.
